# Data Deletion Request — Covision

You can request deletion of your Covision account and associated personal data at any time.

## What Gets Deleted

- User profile (name, email, phone, role)
- Authentication records and session history
- Uploaded/created data: goals, meetings, notes, scorecards, invoices, messages
- Integration tokens (QuickBooks, Plaid, Google, Stripe, etc.)
- Marketing preferences and contact records

## What We Must Retain

- Payment records (7 years, legal compliance)
- AML/KYC records where applicable
- Dispute-resolution evidence
- Per [Privacy Policy](https://covisionperformance.com/privacy) and applicable law

## Team Members

Data you created in an organization's workspace belongs to the organization. Your identity will be anonymized in records; records remain unless the organization requests deletion.

## How to Request

**From the app (fastest):** Settings → Danger Zone → "Delete Account"

**By email:** Send a request from your registered email to info@covisionconsultants.com with subject "Delete my account" (include full name and email).

## What to Expect

- Request verified via confirmation link to registered email
- Deletion processed within 30 days; completion confirmed in writing
- Backups overwritten on rolling 35-day cycle
